Made-to-Order & Returns Policy

At Danon Art Collections, each piece is individually crafted and printed exclusively upon order. Because our textiles and home decor pieces are made-to-order especially for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package.

To initiate a resolution, please email us with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos showing the defect, damage, or misprint

• A photo of the shipping packaging and label

Once verified, we will gladly arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellations or modifications are only possible within 2 hours of purchase. Once the order enters production, it cannot be canceled.
